King Camel and baseball player David Ortiz were involved in a lawsuit after Jigga sued Ortiz for trademark infringement.
The Big Pimpin’ star and his business partner Juan Perez filed a lawsuit in New York in April, accusing the Boston Red Sox star of infringing upon the name of their 40/40 sports bars by naming his hotspot the Forty/Forty Club.
They claimed Ortiz had been a patron at their Manhattan club on “several occasions” before opening his own bar in his native country, according to the New York Post.
However, the two parties have now reportedly ended the legal dispute, with Ortiz agreeing to rename his venue and pull down its promotional website FortyForty.net.
